Here's my story.

When I was eight years old, I created my very own publication, Fabulous Magazine. In-house production was pretty cheap at the time (circa 2004), since I used printer paper, Crayola markers, and a stapler to assemble the pages, which were filled with makeshift infographics and listicles — long before I even knew what those were.

Fast-forward 13 years, and my zest for storytelling — and penchant for being a self-starter — is still very much a part of who I am and where I'm headed.

I'm currently a senior studying journalism and sociology at the University of Florida, and I graduate in May 2019. Through editorial and creative content internships and experiences like writing a weekly column for The Alligator — and leading UF’s award-winning chapter of HerCampus.com as Editor-in-Chief for two years — I’ve not only had a blast pursuing what I love, but I’ve also honed in on my craft as a features writer, editor and storyteller for the digital age.

I’m eager to bring the skills I’ve gained as a student journalist — from AP Style to HTML — to a digital media brand as a writer, editor and creative.
